Lantu Zhi Guang S Triggers Huawei ADS AEB in Tunnel Challenge

On August 13, Voyah Auto announced that its Zhui Guang S model successfully completed a 360-degree tunnel loop challenge. In the official challenge video released by the company, the vehicle’s instrument cluster is shown at approximately 1 minute and 48 seconds, with the speed reading 134 km/h at the 1-minute-49-second mark, followed by a rapid deceleration and a prompt appearing on the display saying, “Please lift your foot.” According to blogger @Steven_TheChatterbox, the video shows that Huawei’s Qiankun ADS intelligent driving system triggered an automatic emergency braking (AEB) event upon detecting the tunnel’s overhead roller structure as an unconventional road condition.
