On August 20, at the launch event for the Enjoy G9 and new HarmonyOS Intelligent Mobility products, Yu Chengdong, Huawei's Executive Director, Chairman of the Product Investment Review Committee, and Chairman of the Terminal BG, announced that the Enjoy G9 is the first luxury rugged SUV built on an L3-level autonomous driving architecture. The vehicle features an omnidirectional 3D fusion perception system equipped with 38 high-precision sensors and supports eight-channel full-chain redundancy. On the same day, the Enjoy G9 officially received Beijing’s L3-level autonomous driving road test license, becoming the first vehicle authorized to conduct L3-level autonomous driving road tests in Beijing at speeds up to 120 km/h.
