Recently, Contemporary Amperex Technology (Ya'an) New Materials Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of RMB 400 million. The company is wholly owned by Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (stock code: 300750) and its business scope includes smelting of common non-ferrous metals, manufacturing and sales of non-ferrous metal alloys, mineral washing and processing, and ore dressing.
