CABR Design Institute Named Preferred Bidder for BYD Aegean Shopping Mall & Luxury Residences Phase I EPC Project

Recently, the National Public Resources Trading Platform released a public notice announcing that a consortium comprising Jianyan Design, China Fifth Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd., and Chengdu Surveying & Design Institute of MCC has been selected as the preferred bidder for the engineering procurement and construction (EPC) contract of BYD's Aegean Shopping Mall and High-End Residential Project (Phase I). The consortium’s total bid price (including tax) amounts to RMB 2.991 billion, of which Jianyan Design’s design fee (including tax) is RMB 577.98 million. The public comment period runs from August 25, 2026, to August 27, 2026.
