On August 27, 2026, Voyah Auto released its interim financial report for the first half of fiscal year 2026 (January–June 2026). During the reporting period, the company recorded total operating revenue of RMB 18.159 billion, an increase of 42.4% year-over-year (YoY); gross profit reached RMB 3.216 billion, up 17.7% YoY; and gross margin stood at 17.7%, down 3.7 percentage points compared to the same period last year. Net loss attributable to shareholders of the parent company amounted to RMB 389 million, swinging from a net profit of RMB 464 million in the same period last year. Basic earnings per share were -RMB 0.11, down 173.3% YoY. Net cash flow from operating activities totaled RMB 208 million, an increase of 15.29% YoY. In the first half of 2026, Voyah Auto delivered a total of 76,264 vehicles, representing a 35.9% YoY increase. On the product front, the company launched the Voyah Dreamer Champion Edition, commenced mass deliveries of the Voyah Taishan Ultra, and introduced the Voyah Taishan X8, covering the premium new energy vehicle segment priced between RMB 300,000 and RMB 500,000. As of June 30, 2026, Voyah had entered 40 overseas countries and regions, established over 240 international sales outlets, and officially entered the Saudi Arabian market. Additionally, the company plans to form a joint venture with Stellantis Group in Europe to accelerate brand localization. Domestically, Voyah operates 509 sales outlets across 170 cities nationwide. In the second half of 2026, Voyah Auto plans to launch the all-new electric SUV Voyah ZhiGuang S (pre-sales began in July, with official launch on August 15), introduce the Voyah Dreamer 9, and prepare for the right-hand-drive version of the Dreamer to enter markets including Hong Kong, Thailand, and Singapore.
