On August 29, Voyah Auto released teaser information for its new vehicle, announcing that the Voyah Dreamer 9 will become the world’s first MPV equipped with a retractable hood ornament—the “Kunpeng Lingyun” rising emblem. Positioned as a mid-to-large-size MPV, the vehicle measures 5,325 mm in length, 1,998 mm in width, and 1,823 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,200 mm. It features a 1:1 overall width-to-height ratio, a front hood height accounting for 60% of the front fascia, and a precisely balanced 50:50 waistline split before and after the B-pillar. Exterior highlights include “Ziwei Star Pavilion” headlights, exclusive “Dragon Scale” pattern detailing, and “Commanding the Milky Way” full-width taillights. Built on a full-domain L3-level autonomous driving architecture, the vehicle is equipped with an 896-line dual-optical-path imaging-grade main LiDAR and three solid-state blind-spot LiDARs, supporting customizable raising/lowering logic and lighting-based welcome functions. According to official filings, the model will be offered in both plug-in hybrid and all-electric variants, with market launch expected in the second half of this year and a price tag likely exceeding RMB 500,000.
