Recently, Xuan Robotics, a specialized industrial embodied intelligence company, announced the completion of a tens-of-millions RMB Series A1 financing round. This round was jointly participated by Qianhai Fangzhou, Westlake Sci-Tech Investment, and Guangyang Shares. The proceeds will be fully allocated to iterating the XBOT-AEGIS embodied intelligence system, developing multi-configuration specialized embodied robots, and expanding applications both domestically and overseas—accelerating the realization of "full-domain unmanned operations" in high-risk sectors such as oil & gas, chemical processing, and nuclear power. Founded in December 2022, Xuan Robotics’ core team originated from Harbin Institute of Technology. Centered on its proprietary XBOT-AEGIS embodied intelligence architecture and complemented by a multi-configuration explosion-proof hardware chassis system, the company is driving industry evolution—from human-robot collaboration and remote teleoperation toward autonomous operation and full-domain decision-making. The system employs a three-layer decoupled architecture: the top layer handles task understanding and decision-making; the middle layer performs action planning; and the bottom layer acts as a safety barrier, capable of intercepting unreasonable commands issued by large models within milliseconds to ensure real-time decision-making and control. Leveraging this architecture, Xuan Robotics will launch a series of standardized, explosion-proof embodied robots in multiple configurations to address diverse needs including inspection, manipulation, and three-dimensional collaborative operations. Product offerings include explosion-proof wheeled and rail-mounted robots, integrated inspection-and-operation robots, aerial-ground collaborative robots, and dual-wheel-legged robots—all designed for hazardous environments. Since 2025, the company has successfully delivered multiple units to clients such as PetroChina and Wanhua Chemical, achieving stable operation in industrial field deployments. Internationally, Xuan Robotics has secured orders from South Sudan and Malaysia and is establishing application partnerships in France, Russia, and other regions.
