On September 1, 2026, Stellantis announced two senior executive appointments, effective immediately. Stephanie Hartgrove has been appointed Chief Communications Officer of the Group and joins the Group’s Leadership Team, reporting directly to CEO Antonio Filosa. Prior to this role, she served as Global Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs for Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech business. She also held senior communications leadership positions at Baker Hughes and General Electric. Her career began as a journalist with CNN and Al Jazeera. Simultaneously, Stellantis has created a new role—Head of Public Policy, Regulatory Strategy, and International Trade—to be held by Clara Ingen-Housz, who will also report directly to the CEO. In this capacity, she will lead the development of the Group’s overarching strategy on public policy, regulatory affairs, and international trade, and support the CEO in external institutional engagements. As a member of the Office of the Group General Counsel, she will also strengthen the Group’s capabilities in international trade law. Clara had previously led Corporate Affairs and Corporate Communications at Stellantis for approximately 19 months.
