On September 1, Avatr officially announced that it delivered 8,082 new vehicles in August. On August 20, Avatr rolled out the OTA update for AVATR.OS version 6.0.0, which upgrades the system to Huawei's Qiankun ADS 5 intelligent driving platform and introduces new features such as Urban Roaming Cruise Assist (RCA), parking-space-level charging navigation, and automatic rear-end collision prevention assist. On August 14, Yong Jun, Vice President of Avatr Technology, revealed at the 23rd Sohu Auto Marketing Leadership Summit – Lu'an Forum that Avatr plans to launch a large three-row SUV by the end of this year. This model will be Avatr’s first truly comprehensive co-developed vehicle with Huawei, integrating Huawei technologies across vehicle control, lighting, voice interaction, and intelligent driving systems. Additionally, the Avatr 06T has been awarded both the "2026 China’s Top 10 Chassis" and the "Best Handling Award" by China Automotive Technology & Research Center (CATARC).
