Bentley's First All-Electric SUV, Torcal, Unveiled on Sept. 23 with 850 HP

Bentley Motors has confirmed that its first all-electric SUV, the Torcal, will make its official debut on September 23. Positioned as a luxury urban SUV with an overall length under five meters, the Torcal sits below the current combustion-engine Bentayga in the lineup and is not an electric version of the Bentayga. The Torcal will become the most powerful and fastest-accelerating production model in Bentley’s history, featuring a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system delivering a combined peak output of 850 horsepower. Inside, the Torcal will introduce 100% Merino wool upholstery—the world’s first automotive wool fabric to meet the stringent requirements of luxury vehicles and achieve 100% certification under the Responsible Wool Standard. Two newly released teaser images reveal partial exterior details, including the hood, front fenders, A-pillars, and the tailgate with the iconic winged “B” badge.
