From January to July 2026, BYD exported 99,505 battery electric passenger vehicles and 99,002 plug-in hybrid passenger vehicles to Brazil, totaling 198,507 units—making Brazil its top export destination. During the same period, Australia ranked second with 76,473 units (58,904 BEVs and 17,569 PHEVs), followed by the United Kingdom in third place with 53,361 units (16,532 BEVs and 36,829 PHEVs), and Belgium in fourth with 52,022 units (18,818 BEVs and 33,204 PHEVs). The remaining top-ten destinations were, in order: the Philippines (33,632 units), Germany (31,176 units), Spain (21,410 units), Slovenia (20,610 units), the UAE (19,399 units), and Thailand (15,804 units). Combined, these top ten markets accounted for 527,394 exported vehicles, of which 178,579 units—approximately 34%—were shipped to five European countries (the UK, Belgium, Germany, Spain, and Slovenia).
