On September 4, 2026, Jishi Auto announced the rollout of its 40,000th vehicle. Previously, the brand’s 20,000th vehicle rolled off the production line in December 2025, and the 30,000th unit was produced on May 15, 2026. Jishi Auto is launched by Shanghai Luoke Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Its first model, the Jishi 01, debuted in August 2023 as a mid-to-large-sized intelligent luxury SUV, priced between RMB 349,900 and RMB 359,900. The vehicle features a range-extended hybrid powertrain, uses CATL batteries, and is contract-manufactured by Beijing Automotive Industry Corporation (BAIC). Sales data shows that Jishi Auto delivered 15,318 units throughout 2025, nearly tripling its volume from the previous year, including 2,528 units delivered in December alone. From January to May 2026, monthly deliveries were 1,028, 1,298, 1,480, 2,035, and 2,052 units respectively, demonstrating a steady month-over-month increase. In December 2025, Yan Feng, co-founder and CEO of Jishi Auto, announced a global sales target of 30,000 units for 2026. As of September 2026, Jishi Auto has entered more than 40 countries and regions across the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa, establishing brand recognition in markets such as the UAE and Saudi Arabia. In June 2026, Jishi Auto signed an agreement with Egypt’s Ezz Elarab Elsewedy Investments Group to establish a joint venture, ROX ESI Egypt, aiming to commence localized production in Egypt in 2027. The initial annual production capacity will be 5,000 units, scaling up to approximately 10,000 units within three years. Starting in the second half of 2027, over half of the output is expected to be exported to Gulf countries and other African nations. Jishi Auto stated that its nationwide network of experience centers is progressively being rolled out, continuously enhancing its domestic service infrastructure.
