RoboSense's All-Solid-State LiDAR E2 Enters Mass Production, Debuts on Navimow H5 Pro by Weilan Continental

RoboSense’s all-solid-state digital LiDAR, the E2, made its global debut at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) in July 2024 and has now been confirmed for integration into Navimow’s new intelligent robotic lawn mower, the Navimow H5 Pro—marking the E2’s first mass-production deployment. Built on RoboSense’s proprietary “Peacock” SPAD-SoC chip, the E2 integrates a 640×480 SPAD focal plane array, delivering a field of view of 180°×135° and a minimum detection distance of less than 5 cm. Compared to its predecessor, the E1, the E2 achieves million-level point frequency, offers three times higher precision, and adopts an all-solid-state architecture where both signal transmission/reception and data processing are performed entirely on-chip. In the Navimow H5 Pro, the E2 works alongside vision sensors and network RTK to form the EFLS™ triple-fusion localization system, enabling robust performance in challenging scenarios such as under tree canopies, narrow passages, complex boundaries, and nighttime operations. The “Peacock” chip has already been integrated into Navimow’s mass-production system. Navimow’s products are sold in over 40 countries and regions worldwide, and in April 2024, the company celebrated the production milestone of its one-millionth intelligent robotic lawn mower. Additionally, at the IFA Berlin 2026 consumer electronics trade show, the KUMA LUBA 4 AWD series, the Roborock RockNeo Q2 LiDAR model, and the Pudu GT3/GT5/GT7 robotic mowers will each feature different models of RoboSense’s digital LiDARs. To date, RoboSense has been adopted by nine of the world’s top ten robotic lawn mower manufacturers and remains the market leader in LiDAR shipments for this sector.
