On September 7, Xiaomi Auto officially released a teaser announcing that the new Pengcheng vehicle would debut at 7 p.m. that evening during its Autumn Flagship Launch Event. For the first time, the official teaser poster revealed a silhouette of the Pengcheng N90 Max rooftop tent variant in the bottom-right corner. Lei Jun, founder, chairman, and CEO of Xiaomi, also updated his Weibo profile picture to showcase the rooftop tent in real-world use, with light rain visible outside the vehicle. The event will also unveil the Pengcheng N70 Pro, N70 Max, and N90 Max, alongside the Xiaomi 18 Fold foldable smartphone and the Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max.
