On September 9, RuiChi and Weijing Technology officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will collaborate on solution design, joint development, and market expansion centered around products such as intelligent driving front-view integrated units and integrated domain controllers for driving and parking, aiming to deliver integrated hardware-software solutions and accelerate the deployment of Level 2 (L2) intelligent driving assistance functions. Under the agreement, the two companies will combine Weijing Technology’s expertise in automotive-grade SoC hardware and foundational L2 hardware platforms with RuiChi’s capabilities in full-stack intelligent driving software, middleware, perception, and autonomous driving algorithms to co-develop product solutions for front-view integrated units and integrated driving-parking domain controllers. These solutions will support automakers in delivering L2+ intelligent driving assistance features that meet mandatory requirements for standard AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking) active safety systems and L2-level driver assistance. Moving forward, the joint project team will advance hardware-software co-integration, scenario-based testing, and engineering adaptation efforts, streamline the R&D workflow, establish iterative roadmaps for the two product lines—front-view integrated units and integrated driving-parking domain controllers—and complete solution validation to deliver their first mass-production project. Additionally, both parties will jointly define next-generation hardware-software products.
