On September 11, the three-day elexcon 2026 – the 23rd Shenzhen International Electronic Exhibition & Embedded Systems Expo – concluded at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an). Under the theme “All for AI, All for Green,” this year’s event was co-located with China International Optoelectronic Expo (CIOE) and International Integrated Circuit Innovation & Expo (IICIE), covering a total area of 340,000 square meters and attracting over 5,000 exhibiting companies. At the show, East Memory Semiconductor showcased its SLC NAND Flash, NOR Flash, DRAM, and MCP memory product lines. Its SLC NAND Flash offerings range from 512Mb to 16Gb, feature built-in ECC modules, and support up to 100,000 program/erase cycles. The company is advancing development of mid-to-high-capacity NOR Flash products ranging from 64Mb to 2Gb using 48nm and 55nm process nodes. Its DRAM solutions utilize compact packaging and low-voltage designs, while its MCP portfolio now includes multiple capacity configurations. The booth was organized into six application zones: networking & communications, security & surveillance, industrial control, IoT, consumer electronics, and automotive electronics. In the automotive electronics segment, East Memory Semiconductor has expanded the number of AEC-Q100 qualified models across its three automotive-grade product categories—SLC NAND Flash, NOR Flash, and MCP—and has begun mass production deliveries for multiple vehicle models. The company is also progressing with inclusion on OEM white lists and adoption by Tier 1 suppliers both domestically and overseas. These products are already deployed in systems such as communication and remote control units, LiDAR, machine vision, battery BMS, and smart cockpits. During the exhibition, East Memory Semiconductor received two awards: the “Edge AI Solution Innovation Award” for its 4Gb 1.8V SPI NAND Flash (model DS35Q4GB-IB), which supports DTR access mode and deep sleep mode; and the “Hardcore Chip Selection – 2026 Smart Automotive Electronics Application Award.” East Memory Semiconductor plans to participate in the Shenzhen Bay Chips Expo in October.
