On the afternoon of September 11, 2026, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) issued an announcement declaring temporary regulatory measures on domestic refined oil prices. The announcement stated that since the adjustment of domestic refined oil prices on August 28, international crude oil prices have risen. According to the current pricing mechanism, as of 24:00 on September 11, the price of gasoline (standard grade) should increase by RMB 435 per ton, and diesel (standard grade) by RMB 420 per ton. After regulatory adjustments, however, gasoline prices will actually rise by RMB 260 per ton and diesel by RMB 250 per ton.
