On September 11, Foton Motor (600166) announced that the company intends to transfer a total of 378 related assets—including land use rights, factory buildings, machinery, equipment, and facilities of its Miyun plant—to its affiliated party, Beijing Branch of BAIC BluePark New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., via a non-public agreement. The transaction price is RMB 1.516 billion (including tax).
