Stellantis NV has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Canadian armored vehicle manufacturer Roshel Inc., outlining the steps for the sale of an idle auto plant near Toronto. Roshel is pursuing a Canadian military contract to build light multi-purpose vehicles and has informed the government that, if awarded the contract, it could swiftly restart operations at the facility.
