Huawei Smart Selection Vehicle Product Director Peng Lei Introduces Enjoyer G9's Offline Communication Feature

On September 13, Peng Lei, Product Director of Huawei HiCar (Shark Series), posted an introduction to the offline communication feature of the Shark G9. Peng stated that the Shark G9 integrates three communication networks: "Ground Network" (in-vehicle network), "Sky Network" (satellite communication), and "No-Network" (walkie-talkie functionality). This feature adopts a built-in body design with no external antennas or walkie-talkies, and can be operated via physical IP buttons and the in-vehicle cockpit UI, seamlessly integrated into HarmonyOS Cockpit. In terms of communication, it supports dual-band UV frequency coverage and is compatible with both digital and analog modes, enabling interoperability and group communication with most aftermarket analog vehicle-mounted radios and analog handheld walkie-talkies on the market. Through SOS emergency calls, it allows teammates to locate the requester via in-vehicle navigation. Regarding satellite communication, the vehicle is equipped with Huawei Galaxy Communication 3.0, supporting real-time reporting of location and vehicle status, as well as response from rescue centers. According to official information from Shark Auto, the Shark G9 supports multi-device team-based intercom, synchronized fleet traffic updates, and one-touch SOS assistance. The Shark G9 is Harmony Intelligent Mobility's first rugged SUV, debuting with the Harmony Intelligent All-Terrain System, an 800V fully active disconnectable stabilizer bar, an adaptive dog-clutch differential lock, an electric roof tent, and a tailgate kitchen.
