On the evening of September 14, Li Auto released a Q&A addressing user inquiries, unveiling exterior and interior details as well as optional configuration packages for the Li Auto i9. The vehicle will be officially launched on September 16, offered exclusively in a single Home trim across the entire lineup. The Li Auto i9 features four proprietary technologies developed in-house: self-developed contract-manufactured batteries, electric motors, the Mach M100 chip, and an intelligent driving model. Exterior-wise, the Li Auto i9 offers eight body colors. Three standard options include Diamond Black Metallic, Pearl White Metallic, and Aurora Silver Metallic. Five additional colors are available as options: Amethyst Gray Metallic, Quantum Titanium Metallic, Ebony Gold Metallic, New Elephant Gray Cold Gloss, and Mist Sea Blue Cold Gloss. For interior color schemes, two choices are offered: White/Gray dual-tone and Brown/Coffee dual-tone. In terms of wheels, the Li Auto i9 comes standard with 21-inch wheels, with three wheel designs available across the series: 21-inch low-drag wheels, 21-inch seven-spoke sport wheels, and 22-inch Seven-Pointed Star wheels. Regarding seating, the Li Auto i9 is equipped standard with swivel seats and features four zero-gravity seats throughout the cabin. Each zero-gravity seat includes active ventilation, heating, 18-point hot stone massage functionality, and heated headrest cushions and leg rests. Beyond exterior color options, the Li Auto i9 offers five optional configuration packages: Dual Mach M100 Embodied Intelligence Package, Li Auto Home Theater Audio System, Electrochromic Glass, Floating Combination Table Tray, and 22-inch Seven-Pointed Star Wheels.
