On September 14, FAW-Volkswagen announced that the ID. AURA T6 will officially launch on September 20. As the first strategic model of FAW-Volkswagen’s new energy vehicle lineup and the inaugural model of its Smart Electric 2.0 era, the vehicle has already begun pre-sales. In terms of specifications, the ID. AURA T6 is equipped with the CEA electrical/electronic architecture, Horizon Robotics’ Journey 6H intelligent driving assistance chip, and a 192-beam LiDAR system, enabling full-scenario urban NOA (Navigate on Autopilot), highway NOA, and intelligent parking assistance functions. The cabin features a 4nm automotive-grade chip and an AI large model, supporting four-zone voice interaction and equipped with a 15.6-inch central control screen, a 25.8-inch AR-HUD, a 10.25-inch instrument cluster, and BYOD in-car expandable display functionality. The vehicle offers a cabin space utilization rate of 85.3%. The launch event on September 20 will unveil the official pricing and exclusive ownership benefits for the ID. AURA T6.
