BYD Denza N8L EV Begins First Deliveries on September 15

On September 15, 2026, BYD's Denza N8L EV commenced deliveries to its first batch of owners. The vehicle is offered in two variants, priced between RMB 299,800 and RMB 329,800. The Denza N8L EV measures 5,200 mm in length, 1,999 mm in width, and 1,820 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,075 mm. It features a 2+2+2 six-seat layout. The vehicle is equipped with 20-inch multi-spoke Silver Radiance alloy wheels and is available in two exterior colors: Golden Ink and Winter Green. It introduces a new 208-liter dual-layer intelligent electric front trunk with a covered drain hole. Inside, the cabin features suede-like Cloud Velvet headliner and light-transmitting Starry Sky genuine wood trim. It is equipped with a 13.2-inch digital instrument cluster, a 17.3-inch floating central touchscreen, and a 13.2-inch passenger-side entertainment screen. Additional features include a 50-inch AR-HUD head-up display and a 9-inch streaming rearview mirror. Other amenities comprise NAPPA leather seats, a Devialet theater-grade sound system, and active side bolsters on the driver’s seat. The new model is powered by a next-generation AI-integrated cockpit and driving solution, debuting the AI super agent "Didi Xia." Didi Xia integrates ecosystem partners including Alipay, COLMO, NetEase Cloud Music, and Volcano Engine, enabling conversational Q&A, complex route planning, and multi-dimensional, seamless vehicle control. In terms of performance, the Denza N8L EV is equipped with an electric motor delivering a maximum output of 370 kW and a second-generation Blade Battery with a capacity of 130.15 kWh, offering a CLTC-rated range of 960 km and an energy consumption of 13.55 kWh per 100 km. The vehicle also features Yunniang-A intelligent air suspension and rear-wheel steering technology, and supports ultra-fast charging.
