Changan Qiyuan Q06 to Launch on September 23 with Pre-sale Prices from RMB 149,900 to 191,900

Changan Qiyuan’s midsize SUV, the Q06, will launch on September 23. The vehicle opened for pre-sales on September 4, with a pre-sale price range of RMB 149,900 to RMB 191,900 and an early-bird reservation price of RMB 147,900 to RMB 189,900. It will be offered in nine trim levels, with both battery-electric and extended-range powertrain options. In terms of dimensions, the Qiyuan Q06 measures 4,837 mm in length, 1,970 mm in width, and 1,670 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,940 mm. Exterior color options include Pine Shadow Black, Cloud Sail White, Floating Light Silver, Sunset Purple, Horizon Gray, Glowing Jade, and Tipsy Rose. The front features a closed-off grille design with a full-width LED daytime running light, while the rear adopts a贯穿式 (full-width) taillight design. For intelligent driving, the Q06 is equipped with a roof-mounted LiDAR unit and will debut Changan’s Tianshu Navigation Ultra system, offering end-to-end urban navigation capabilities. The entire Tianshu Navigation lineup comes standard with LiDAR and utilizes end-to-end technology, available in four tiers: Pro, Max, Ultra, and Ultimate. Inside, the Q06 offers three interior color schemes: Yunmeng Purple, Zhuguang Orange, and Shunying Black. It features Changan’s Tianshu Cockpit 2.0, powered by dual TC399 chips and the “Xiao An” AI assistant. The cabin includes a floating center touchscreen, a fully digital instrument cluster, a head-up display (HUD), and a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel. Additional amenities include a 15.6-inch rear-seat entertainment screen, rear-seat foldable tables, electric rear sunshades, rear privacy glass, a zero-gravity passenger seat, and an onboard refrigerator. All seats feature ventilation, heating, and massage functions. For storage, the Q06 provides a 196-liter front trunk that can be opened via voice command, the infotainment system, or a smartphone app. The rear trunk offers a total capacity of 782 liters with a dual-layer design—nearly 700 liters in the upper layer and an 83-liter hidden compartment below—and includes 38 storage spaces throughout the cabin. Powertrain-wise, the extended-range variant delivers a combined range of up to 1,600 kilometers. The battery-electric version is available in single-motor and dual-motor all-wheel-drive configurations. Single-motor variants produce either 225 kW or 245 kW, while the dual-motor setup delivers a combined output of 330 kW, enabling a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 4.8 seconds and featuring dual-motor torque vectoring technology. The vehicle is offered with four battery pack options: 63.18 kWh, 66.02 kWh, 72.54 kWh, and 80.02 kWh, delivering a maximum CLTC-rated pure-electric range of 700 kilometers. Built on an 800V silicon carbide high-voltage platform, it supports 6C ultra-fast charging, replenishing from 30% to 80% state of charge in just 9 minutes. The chassis features an all-aluminum double-wishbone front suspension and a five-link rear suspension.
