AITO to Exit Harmony Intelligent Mobility and Huawei Stores Starting January 1, 2027

According to information obtained from Huawei channels on September 17, multiple dealers have been informed by Huawei that, starting January 1, 2027, Aito will officially withdraw from Harmony Intelligent Mobility and Huawei stores. Dealers will independently choose to represent either Huawei, Harmony Intelligent Mobility (the remaining four brands), or the Aito brand. Aito will retain its existing delivery centers to support vehicle after-sales services and deliveries. Dealers opting exclusively for Harmony Intelligent Mobility will maintain the direct-operated model. On September 15, 2026, Harmony Intelligent Mobility issued a statement regarding Aito’s cooperation model, announcing that effective immediately, Aito will explore a new cooperation framework under the Harmony Intelligent Mobility partnership: product definition, design, brand marketing, retail channels, and service systems will be led by Seres, with Huawei Device Business Group providing enabling support. All existing rights and subsequent services for Aito users will remain unaffected. As of publication time, Huawei has not responded to this report.
