Deepal Teases New Intelligent Cockpit

On September 18, Deepal Auto released a teaser poster for an upcoming new product, with the official slogan: “AI with warmth,出行更懂你” (AI with warmth, understands you better on the go). The poster shows the product features a square-shaped design. On September 17, Volcano Engine, under ByteDance, announced the official launch of its in-car AI assistant, "Doubao Cabin Assistant." Vehicle owners can remotely control their cars, check vehicle status, and push trip details from conversations directly to the car’s infotainment system via the Doubao app. Zeekr’s Eva robot is now available on JD.com for RMB 799, compatible with models including the Zeekr 001, Zeekr 8X, Zeekr 9X, and Zeekr 7X. The device supports active tracking, intelligent steering, four-way steering control, smart sound-source localization, dynamic tracking of conversation participants, and multi-segment trajectory with cyclic pitch movement. It is equipped with an AMOLED display and an adaptive eye-care display system, offering stepless brightness adjustment that syncs with the vehicle’s infotainment system—automatically brightening in strong light and dimming at night. In 2017, NIO launched NOMI, its in-car artificial intelligence interaction system. Built around a rotatable circular screen on the center console, NOMI offers voice control, emotive facial expressions, and multimodal interaction capabilities.
