Ten Departments Including the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Issue "Several Measures to Promote RV Consumption"

Recently, ten departments including the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Several Measures to Promote RV Consumption." The document proposes enhancing financial support, improving RV-related financial products and services, and encouraging financial institutions to support RV consumption through multiple channels. It also encourages local governments to adopt practical support measures to reduce operating costs for businesses involved in RV rentals and RV campsite operations. Insurance institutions are guided to develop insurance products tailored to the characteristics of RV consumption, offering coverage such as in-vehicle luggage insurance and onboard household property insurance, while setting reasonable premium rates. Additionally, efforts will be made to improve the RV insurance service system and enhance the quality and efficiency of emergency rescue and fast claims settlement services.
