On October 30, 2026, JAC Motors released its third-quarter report for 2026. The financial report shows that in the first three quarters, the company achieved operating revenue of 34.372 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.33%; the net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 1.141 billion yuan, and the net loss after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 1.466 billion yuan. In the third quarter alone, revenue was 12.242 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.33%, and the net loss attributable to shareholders was 392 million yuan. Net cash flow from operating activities was -4.878 billion yuan, compared with -2.448 billion yuan in the same period last year. The financial report attributes the reduction in losses to a year-on-year increase in sales of high-end new energy passenger vehicles, an increase in gross profit, and a year-on-year increase in investment income from associates and joint ventures. The Zunjie S800 is priced between 708,000 and 1.018 million yuan and began large-scale deliveries in August 2025. In its first month on the market, it topped the sales rankings for luxury sedans priced above 700,000 yuan and has since held the top spot in that segment for 10 consecutive months. As of September 2026, cumulative deliveries exceeded 20,000 units. In December 2025, monthly deliveries reached 4,223 units, four times the sales of the Maybach S-Class in the same period. Third-party data shows that S800 monthly deliveries fell from 4,223 units in December 2025 to an average of more than 1,000 units per month in the first quarter of 2026, and about more than 2,700 units in the second quarter, a quarter-on-quarter decline of 40%. In July, monthly deliveries were 367 units. JAC Motors invested more than 10 billion yuan to build a factory with an annual capacity of 200,000 vehicles. Since 2017, JAC Motors' net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses has been negative for nine consecutive years, with cumulative losses exceeding 16 billion yuan. From 2022 to the first half of 2026, cumulative net loss attributable to shareholders was approximately 5.666 billion yuan.
