BYTON's first production car will debut at CES 2019

According to BYTON official, BYTON will release its first production car, the BYTON M-Byte, at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2019) in Las Vegas in January 2019. From the forecast chart, BYTON M-Byte retains the driver's touch screen on the steering wheel and the 49-inch full screen design. At the same time, its surrounded center console has been further upgraded to better integrate sensors and traditional physical buttons.

According to the plan, BYTON's first electric SUV is scheduled to be mass-produced by the end of 2019. The main body of the factory has basically completed the capping, and the testing of the new model has begun.

On December 27, 2018, SITECH Auto officially announced that the 4,000th SITECH DEV1 production car was offline at the assembly shop of No. 2 Plant of Changchun FAW Plant, which marked the completion of the 4,000 production targets of 2018 by SITECH. SITECH is a new auto company founded in September 2017. Its first model, the SITECH DEV1, was officially launched on August 30, 2018 and has been delivered to users on October 31. According to information released by SITECH, the total number of SITECH DEV1 deliveries has exceeded 3,000.

JMC leases ALWAYS’s factory. Cooperation on the way.

Recently, the Jiangxi Development and Reform Commission issued a ratification for the approval of the annual production of 100,000 pure electric passenger vehicles by Shangrao Branch of Jiangling Holdings Co., Ltd., and plans to lease the land from Jiangxi Yiwei for construction projects with a total investment of 1,400,380,000 yuan. IIA found that the project was to renovate the existing plant, and the address coincides with the factory that ALWAYS has built. Judging from the news: JMC's leased and renovated factory is the self-built factory of ALWAYS, and the approval of this project also indicates that ALWAYS U5 is expected to be manufactured by JMC.

In addition, the ORA R1 is based on the ME platform independently developed by Great Wall, and has advantages in lightweight design, high endurance and low power consumption. The ORA R1 entry-level version has a comprehensive cruising range of 310 km and a longest cruising range of 380 km. The medium and high-end version has a total cruising range of 351 km and a longest cruising range of 430 km.
