European NEV sales soar in January, up 121%

It is reported that the sales of new energy vehicles in Europe soared in January this year, with a total of 74,663 sales, a year-on-year increase of 121%, which is another three-digit increase after 2015. In the top 20 sales list, Renault Zoe topped the list with 9782 units.

Of the top 20, 9 are BEVs, accounting for 38% of total sales. Zeo accounts for 13% of total sales, followed by Peugeot 208EV, which is also part of PSA Group.
