Audi released official pictures of the new S5 Sportback. With the advent of the new A4, other models of the Audi family are also gradually updating the design. The new S5 Sportback is one of the earlier ones.
As a mid-term facelift model, the new S5 Sportback will not have much change in the overall appearance. The new car is mainly adjusted in details. The most obvious change in appearance is the use of array LED daytime running lights. The rear of the car also uses the same taillight shape as the front. There is no change. Although the changes in these two details are not big, the texture of the whole vehicle is once again improved.
The overall layout of the interior is also unchanged from the current model. The only upgrade area is the central control screen. The size of the new model is upgraded to 10.1 inches, and the built-in vehicle system is upgraded from the previous MIB 2 to MIB 3. According to official data, MIB 3 runs 10 times faster than MIB 2, and the overall operating logic and intelligence are also better than current cars.
In terms of powertrain, the S5 Sportback is still equipped with the 3.0T turbocharged engine with a maximum power of 257kW and a maximum torque of 500N·m, which is matched with an 8AT gearbox. As a performance car, the S5 Sportback can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds.
