Geely Holding Group announced its full-year sales figures for 2025 on January 9, reporting total sales of 4,116,321 vehicles—an increase of 26% year-over-year—marking the first time the company surpassed the 4-million-unit milestone and achieving five consecutive years of growth. Sales of new energy vehicles (NEVs) reached 2,293,099 units, surging 58% year-over-year, with a penetration rate of 56%. Among its brands, Geely Auto sold 3,024,567 vehicles, up 39% year-over-year, including 1,687,767 NEVs—a remarkable 90% year-over-year increase. Geely Galaxy achieved annual sales of 1.24 million units, Lynk & Co exceeded 350,000 units, Zeekr reached 224,000 units, and the China Star series maintained annual sales above one million for the third consecutive year. Volvo Cars reported global sales of 710,000 units, with NEVs accounting for 46% of its total sales. Proton, Polestar, Lotus Sports Cars, and Farizon Commercial Vehicles all recorded significant growth, with Farizon’s overseas sales of new energy commercial vehicles soaring nearly 500% year-over-year. As Geely celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2026, the group will deepen synergies and integration across its portfolio and advance its smart mobility strategy.
