Xiaomi SU7 Series Officially Launched: Up to 902km Range, Starting at RMB 229,900

On January 9, Xiaomi officially unveiled its new SU7 series, comprising three variants: the SU7, SU7 Pro, and SU7 Max, with pre-sale prices ranging from RMB 229,900 to RMB 339,900. The new models boast a maximum range of up to 902 km and offer multiple wheel designs along with an optional gold-colored logo. The rear badge has been simplified from “Beijing Xiaomi” to just “Xiaomi.” The vehicle dimensions remain unchanged from the current model at 4,997 mm in length, 1,963 mm in width, and 1,445 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm. In terms of performance, the single-motor version delivers a maximum output of 235 kW and a top speed of 240 km/h. The dual-motor variant features front and rear motors rated at 220 kW and 288 kW respectively, achieving a top speed of 265 km/h. Battery options continue to include both BYD’s lithium iron phosphate (LFP) and CATL’s ternary lithium chemistries.
