Recently, the official application images of the Volkswagen Magotan PHEV plug-in hybrid variant have been officially revealed. The new model features a plug-in hybrid system combining a 1.5T engine (maximum output: 95 kW) and an electric motor (maximum output: 145 kW), delivering a pure-electric range exceeding 100 km. Exterior-wise, it retains the overall design of the gasoline version, featuring a full-width light bar and a blacked-out grille at the front, with blue accents highlighting its new-energy identity. The side profile showcases a sleek fastback C-pillar design, while the rear is equipped with an X-shaped贯穿 tail lamp and a "ducktail" spoiler, complemented by a "PHEV" badge at the lower right corner for enhanced recognition. The vehicle measures 4,990 mm in length, 1,854 mm in width, and 1,491 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,872 mm. It will be offered with either 17-inch or 18-inch wheel options.
