The latest official images of the Avatr 12 have been officially released. The new model continues the current generation's distinctive design language, featuring LED headlights integrated into both sides of the front bumper for exceptional visual recognition. The most significant update is the relocation of the LiDAR sensor to a roof-mounted "periscope-style" layout—potentially equipped with Huawei’s 520-line LiDAR—to enhance detection performance. The vehicle measures 5,020 mm in length, 1,999 mm in width, and 1,470 mm (or 1,460 mm) in height, with a wheelbase of 3,020 mm. It offers 20- or 21-inch alloy wheels, retains its fastback silhouette, and features semi-recessed door handles. At the rear, the car sports a closed rear window, an electrically adjustable spoiler, and a single-strip taillight. In terms of powertrains, the new Avatr 12 offers three options: - A range-extended version (1.5T engine + dual motors) with a WLTC-rated pure-electric range of 261 km; - A dual-motor rear-wheel-drive all-electric variant (each motor delivering 251 kW); - And a newly introduced high-performance triple-motor version with a combined system output of 712 kW (approximately 969 horsepower).
