Geely Holding Group is planning to officially enter the U.S. market within the next 24 to 36 months, with its premium EV brand Zeekr and its global brand Lynk & Co expected to be among the first models launched there. Ash Satterthwaite, the company’s Global Communications Director, revealed during CES that the key issue currently lies in determining the exact timing and target regions for entry. Although Geely does not yet have manufacturing facilities in the U.S., it has not ruled out utilizing Volvo’s existing assembly plant in South Carolina.
