Total vehicle sales in the Philippines reached a record high of 491,395 units in 2025, up 3.7% year-on-year, according to data jointly released by the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI) and the Truck Manufacturers Association (TMA). The figure includes sales from both member companies and select non-member brands such as BYD. Sales from CAMPI members alone totaled 463,646 units. Toyota maintained its top position with 229,447 units sold, capturing nearly 49.5% of the market share, followed by Mitsubishi in second place with 86,808 units. Suzuki, Ford, Nissan, and others ranked third through tenth, respectively. Notably, BYD—though not a CAMPI member—is estimated to have ranked third based on actual sales volume. Tesla entered the rankings for the first time at twelfth place with 2,424 units sold, just ahead of Foton. CAMPI President attributed the growth primarily to promotional activities and the launch of new models, particularly in the areas of electrification and commercial vehicles.
