Tesla Releases 2025 Financial Results: Full-Year GAAP Net Profit Reaches $3.8 Billion, Non-GAAP Net Profit Hits $5.9 Billion. EV Deliveries in the Asia-Pacific Region Reach Record High. It is reported that production of the Model S and Model X will soon cease, with their original assembly lines repurposed for humanoid robot manufacturing. The third-generation humanoid robot is scheduled for launch in Q1 2026 and mass production by year-end, targeting an annual production capacity of 1 million units. Additionally, the Tesla Semi electric truck and Cybercab autonomous vehicle are expected to enter mass production in the first half of 2026. The next-generation Roadster will be unveiled in April. Tesla’s in-house developed AI5 and AI6 chips are slated to begin production in 2027 and 2028, respectively, with AI5 offering approximately 50 times the performance of AI4. Construction of the Cortex 2 computing cluster is underway at Gigafactory Texas, which will double local computing capacity by the first half of 2026. In Q4 2025 alone, Tesla deployed over 3,800 new Superchargers. Energy storage deployments also hit a record high, with global Powerwall installations surpassing 1 million units—helping customers save over $1 billion in electricity costs.
