In January 2026, Xiaomi Auto delivered 39,000 vehicles, up 70.33% year-over-year but down 22.33% month-over-month—a normal seasonal adjustment typical for the industry at the start of the year. The flagship model YU7, launched six months ago, has already surpassed 150,000 cumulative deliveries, significantly outperforming the SU7 during the same period. Its competitive pricing around RMB 250,000 and well-balanced specifications have driven overall sales growth. The SU7 is currently undergoing a mid-cycle refresh, with production lines being optimized and fine-tuned. The updated model opened for pre-orders on January 7, starting at RMB 229,900, and comes standard with LiDAR and a long-range architecture, with market launch scheduled for April. Due to the phase-out of purchase tax incentives and the impact of the Chinese New Year holiday, industry-wide deliveries declined in January; however, Xiaomi’s drop was smaller than the average, demonstrating strong resilience. Xiaomi’s Beijing factory now maintains a stable monthly production capacity of over 40,000 units, supporting an annual delivery target of 550,000 vehicles for 2026. As of the end of January, Xiaomi Auto’s service network covered 159 cities (with 270 service points), and its sales outlets reached 484 stores across 139 cities.
