According to a report from Bimmerpost, BMW's next-generation X7 (codenamed G67/G69) will enter production in September 2027 and have a lifecycle spanning nine years. The high-performance Alpina variant (G69) will introduce a new "xDrive100" model, breaking the brand’s existing naming convention—previously capped at "60"—hinting at an exceptionally powerful V8 plug-in hybrid powertrain. This model may forgo the third-row seats entirely, offering only four- or five-seat configurations. Additionally, the new X7 will debut with two-tone exterior paint options, automatically opening and closing doors, and upgraded rear seats featuring ventilation and massage functions, further elevating its luxury experience.
