Affected by the Spring Festival holiday, domestic automotive complaints in February 2026 dropped by 40.5% month-on-month, yet still reached 11,369 cases. According to data from Chezhili (Auto Quality Network), two Lynk & Co models topped the complaint rankings—both doubling their complaint volumes due to "system update issues." The Deepal S07 saw its complaints surge by over 2.5 times month-on-month, primarily citing "discrepancies with advertised features" and system update problems. Complaints against the Dongfeng Nissan N7 rose by 47.4%, with newly reported "air conditioning issues." Quality-related issues remained dominant (accounting for over 70%), with "transmission control module failures" rising to the top spot, alongside frequent reports of "headlight lens cracks." Among service-related complaints, "system updates" and "sales processes" emerged as key concerns. Although overall complaints declined, the share of complaints involving Chinese domestic brands increased, and extended-range electric vehicles saw a counter-trend rise in complaint share. Geely and Voyah achieved withdrawal rates exceeding 50%, while Deepal and Beijing Benz fell below 10%.
