On March 20, Chongqing Landian Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a corporate registration change: former shareholders Chongqing Qingfeng Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Yuantou Warehousing Service Co., Ltd. exited the company, and Seres increased its stake from 35% to 100%, achieving full ownership. Landian Automotive was established in September 2025 with a registered capital of RMB 500 million. The company primarily engages in new energy vehicle sales, as well as the research, development, and manufacturing of automotive components. Its product lineup includes models such as the Landian E5 PLUS, E5, and E3. Concurrent with the equity restructuring, the company’s management team was also reshuffled: former directors Luo Huiyong and Yu Fang stepped down, and a new leadership team comprising Zhang Zhengyuan, Liang Qijun, and Chen Yejun was appointed. Zhang Zhengyuan continues to serve as Chairman, General Manager, and Legal Representative; Liang Qijun assumes the role of President of Landian Automotive BU; and Chen Yejun will oversee supervisory duties for Seres’ powertrain division.
