In 2025, Seres achieved record-high revenue of RMB 165.054 billion, up 13.69% year-over-year, and reported net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 5.957 billion, marking its second consecutive year of profitability. The company delivered 472,000 new energy vehicles (NEVs) throughout the year, with over 420,000 units from its AITO series—accounting for more than 82% of total sales. The AITO M9, M8, and M7 ranked among the top sellers in their respective segments: luxury SUVs priced above RMB 500,000, premium SUVs around RMB 400,000, and mid-to-large SUVs. The brand’s average selling price rose to RMB 391,000. Although gross margin improved to 28.78%, combined sales, administrative, and R&D expenses surged by over RMB 7.1 billion, pressuring profitability; as a result, net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses declined by 7.84% year-over-year. During the year, the company completed its Hong Kong IPO, raising HKD 14 billion, and significantly increased its technology investments, with R&D expenditure reaching RMB 12.51 billion and R&D personnel accounting for over 41% of its workforce. In March 2026, the AITO M6 began accepting preliminary orders, amassing over 60,000 reservations within 24 hours, underscoring strong market demand.
