In 2025, ECARX Holdings Co., Ltd. reported full-year revenue of $847.9 million, an increase of 10% year-over-year. Revenue for the fourth quarter reached $304.7 million, up 13% year-over-year, marking a record high for a single quarter. The company’s full-year gross profit totaled $161.3 million, with a stable gross margin of 19%. Net income for Q4 2025 was $2.8 million, and adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) stood at $21.6 million, marking the second consecutive profitable quarter. The full-year net loss narrowed to $68.9 million, a 50% reduction compared to $137.8 million in 2024. As of the end of 2025, the company’s total order backlog exceeded $2.5 billion. Its technology portfolio spans chip modules, intelligent cockpits, ADAS computing platforms, central computing platforms, in-vehicle AI large models, and LiDAR, forming a full-stack, hardware-software integrated solution. Overseas revenue accounted for 28% of total annual revenue. The company operates 13 global centers across China, the UK, the US, Brazil, Singapore, Malaysia, Sweden, and Germany, establishing a localized service network covering Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Its partnerships have expanded into Europe, South America, and Southeast Asia, with its solutions now deployed in multiple global vehicle models.
