On May 5, the final day of Xiaomi Auto's initial sales promotion for its SU7 model arrived. During this launch period, the Standard and Pro trims came with purchase incentives worth RMB 44,000, including a complimentary zero-gravity passenger seat, an electric front trunk, and the full suite of Xiaomi HAD advanced driver-assistance features. The top-tier Max trim received additional equipment valued at RMB 69,000, comprising a carbon fiber package (including steering wheel), an ultra-quiet cabin, an in-car smart refrigerator, and a RMB 6,000 discount on optional wheel choices. Financing options include a low-interest five-year loan starting with a down payment of RMB 49,900 and monthly installments as low as RMB 3,115. Existing Xiaomi Auto owners who place repeat orders will receive 20,000 Mi Points (equivalent to RMB 2,000). As of May 3, confirmed SU7 orders have surpassed 70,000 units—up by 30,000 from the initial 40,000 orders placed in early April. Deliveries in April alone exceeded 30,000 units. To accelerate deliveries, Xiaomi Auto will remove certain optional configurations from its ordering system starting May 6. Customers who have already locked in their orders or taken delivery will not be affected, and after-sales service and spare parts supply remain unaffected. The company has pledged that if delivery is delayed beyond 90 days due to reasons attributable to the manufacturer, customers will receive compensation of 500 Mi Points per day starting on day 91, capped at 50,000 points.
