On June 25 local time, Stellantis NV and Nissan Motor Co. are in talks to acquire certain assets of Marelli, which is currently undergoing bankruptcy restructuring. According to informed sources, Stellantis is discussing the acquisition of Marelli's suspension business in Italy and other countries, while Nissan is considering acquiring its interior cockpit assets in Japan.
