On January 9, Xiaomi Auto announced the official delivery of China's first customized SU7 Ultra, which was handed over to Mr. Sun from Beijing. The vehicle features a "Racing Red" exterior paired with a dual-tone interior in Midnight Black and Glacier Blue, highlighting its distinctive style. Xiaomi Auto launched its premium customization service in September 2023, initially covering two models—the SU7 Ultra and YU7 Max—and offering 26 personalized configuration options, including exterior colors, interior trims, and detailed badging. The customization service requires an 80,000 RMB deposit, with a monthly production cap of 40 units during its one-year trial operation period. Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun previously stated that such customization services were traditionally reserved for luxury vehicles priced over one million RMB, and Xiaomi aims to make this experience accessible to more customers in the 200,000–300,000 RMB price segment.
