On January 8, Chery Group held its "Ride into New Horizons" 2026 Qijia Banquet in Beijing, announcing an ambitious sales target of 3.2 million vehicles for 2026—a 14.03% year-over-year increase. In 2025, the group achieved total annual sales of 2.806 million units, including 1.344 million exported vehicles, maintaining its position as China’s top exporter of passenger vehicles under a domestic brand for the 23rd consecutive year. Its new energy vehicle (NEV) sales reached 904,000 units, surging 54.9% year-over-year. Chery’s five core brands—Chery, Exeed, Jetour, iCAR, and Omoda & Jaecoo—are advancing in synergy, with plans to launch 17 key new models in 2026 to accelerate the company’s transition toward electrification and intelligent mobility. Additionally, Chery received a nomination for the China Quality Award and ranked first among Chinese自主品牌 in all five categories of J.D. Power’s evaluations, becoming the only Chinese automaker to achieve this “Five-Crown” distinction.
