Nissan North America recently announced a recall of 4,655 units of the 2026 Rogue model due to spare tires that do not meet required standards. According to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), disclosed on January 9, the spare tires on these vehicles have dimensions inconsistent with the specifications and recommended inflation pressure listed on the vehicle’s tire placard, posing a potential safety risk. Nissan will replace the non-compliant spare tires free of charge for affected vehicles to ensure driving safety.
