Mazda unveiled its all-new all-electric SUV for the European market—the CX-6e—at the Brussels Motor Show. The CX-6e is the European version of the EZ-60 sold in China. The vehicle is equipped with a 78.0 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack and a rear-mounted electric motor producing 254 horsepower, enabling a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 7.9 seconds. It offers a WLTP-rated range of 300 miles and can charge from 10% to 80% in just 24 minutes. Inside, the CX-6e features a 26-inch dual-zone panoramic display and a 3D head-up display, along with standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Advanced driver-assistance systems include intelligent braking, lane-keeping assist, and blind-spot monitoring. Built on Changan’s EPA1 platform—the same architecture underpinning the Changan Deepal S07—the CX-6e supports both all-electric and plug-in hybrid powertrains. The model will go on sale in Europe this summer. Pricing has not yet been announced, and Mazda confirmed it will not be launched in the U.S. market.
